Privacy Policy
This policy covers the information we collect about our customers and website visitors. Last updated October 16, 2026. Agentix Data Solutions is a company of Agentix Solutions LLC, 5900 Balcones Dr, Ste 100, Austin, TX 78731.
What we collect about you
- Account details: your email address, a scrambled (hashed) version of your password if you set one, your plan, and the date you accepted our terms.
- Your settings: the states, counties, record types and property filters you save, and your delivery choices.
- Billing records from Stripe: your Stripe customer number, plan, subscription status and renewal dates. We never see or store your full card number.
- Waitlist and contact details you send us, such as your email, the plan or state you're interested in, and any note.
- Usage logs: pages and API requests, with the time, your IP address and your API key id, kept up to 90 days for security, billing and abuse prevention.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details go straight to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's privacy policy. We receive only what we need to run your plan.
How we use it
To run your account, deliver your files and alerts, bill you, answer you, keep the Service secure, enforce our Terms (including spotting resale or shared logins), and tell you about changes to your plan or new states and counties. We don't sell your account information.
Who we share it with
Only the providers that run the Service for us (Amazon Web Services for hosting, Stripe for payments, and our email provider for sign-in links and daily digests), and anyone the law requires.
Cookies
We use one cookie, set when you sign in, to keep you signed in (it is secure, HTTP-only and lasts up to 30 days). Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout and billing pages. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Keeping and deleting
We keep account information while your account is open and for as long as needed for taxes, billing disputes and legal duties afterward. Delivery files are deleted after 35 days. To see, correct or delete your account information, email us.
The public-records data we sell
Our data products are built from public records, as described in our Terms. This policy is about our customers and visitors, not the people named in public records. If you believe a record about you is confidential under Texas law (for example, Tax Code §25.025) and appears in our data, email us and we will check it and remove it.
