Tell us what you need: counties, record types, file layout or a feed into your system. We'll tell you plainly what we have today and what we can build.

Test keys

Test keys open the sample: the live coverage view and a working set of sample records, so your team can check the fields, the screening and the file shape against your system before anything is signed. Working keys belong to account holders — when your firm signs and your account is active, your key opens the live feed. To ask for a test key, email or call with three things: your firm, the counties you work, and how the data should reach you (API, daily file, or a layout for your loan system or mail house). If your firm is a qualified Texas property tax lender or real estate operation, we issue the key by hand and send it with the base URL.

Prefer to see the records first? Tax coverage and the API docs are public — every count on them is delivered today.
